Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
We currently have an immediate vacancy to cover the maternity leave for a self confident, hard working bookkeeper in our busy Accounts Department based in Chessington, Surrey.
Essential job requirements are:
• Attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Word / Excel / Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Team player, but capable of managing own day to day responsibilities with little supervision
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Proven bookkeeping experience using SAGE Line 50
• Raising invoices and chasing outstanding money
• Purchase ledger
• BACS payments on line
• VAT Returns
• Construction Industry Scheme experience an advantage
The job is challenging and gives the candidate an opportunity to work with both Sales and Purchase Ledgers.
